4.1. The schedule for all Filter Time Trial Cup stages is below.

6. RACE FORMAT, STARTING ORDER, RULES ON THE TRACK

6.1. All Filter Time Trial runs use the individual time trial format. Runners will start the race one by one with 15 second intervals.

10.1. The organisers of Filter Time Trial Cup do not provide catering to the participants.

10.2. There are no litter zones on the track. Anyone littering on the race track will be disqualified.

10.4. There are labeled recycling and trash bags in the race centre, located around the warm-up tent.

11. MEDICAL AID

11.1. First aid can be provided by a paramedic in the race centre.

12. RANKINGS

12.1. Stage results are based on finish times. Series overall results are based on points earned from stages.

12.2. In the overall classification, the five highest stage scores are taken into account, the lowest score is not taken into account. If a runner has not finished all races in the series, the missing score won't be taken into account. The lowest score of every runner will not be taken into account after Stage 3.

12.3. Individual points are given to men based on the men's overall results and to women based on the women's overall results. Age group rankings are determined by separating all runners of a certain age group from the general classification results.

12.4. Points are based on the general classification results. The points system is below. If competitors have equal total points, season rankings are determined by comparing their highest stage placements in descending order until a distinction is made, considering that better place is assigned to participant with bigger count of better stage points.

13. RESULTS

13.1. Preliminary results will be published as soon as possible, but no later than the day after the race on the official website of the race - spordisarjad.ee.

13.2. Due to the possibility of mistakes in the preliminary results, unsportsmanlike conduct and other incidents, riders are allowed to file complaints up tp 3 days after the race. Complaints must be filed by email in accordance with Section 17 of the race manual. Preliminary results are preliminary, as they may be updated due to notices by riders or judges.

13.3. Final results will be published online at spordisarjad.ee and other related sites no later than 4 days after the race. After publishing the final results protests and complaints won't be accepted anymore, even if there are mistakes not noticed before. Final stage results are final.

13.4. After the publication of the final results of the stage, the results of the whole series will be published immediately. Regarding the errors that may occur in the summary protocol, the competitors can submit clarifications during the whole season, but not later than 7 days after the last stage of the series. The results of the general classification of the series will be declared final 7 days after the last competition of the series, and on the basis of them the general classification of the series will be awarded.

14. KULLAPADA

14.1. Kullapada is a bonus awards programme of Filter Time Trial Cup where every participant who has finished every race in the series - either cycling or running - will receive an award. At the end of the season, a variety of prizes will be given to the participants and all eligible participants are guaranteed a prize.

14.2. There are no double entries - if a participant has finished all races in both cycling and running, they will still only get one Kullapada entry. 

14.3.  All races need to be finished correctly and the runner must be included in the results. If a runner has failed to finish or participate in a race, they are not eligible for Kullapada awards.

14.4. Medals of Kullapada will be given during the last stage of the season

15. SERIES AWARDS

15.1. There are no stage awards in Filter Time Trial Cup. Only the best of the whole series will be awarded.

15.2. The series overall award ceremony will take place as a separate event after the season has ended. The exact time and location will be announced at least 2 weeks in advance.

15.3. Being present at the ceremony is required in order to receive an award. If someone is unable to attend, their coach or representative may receive the award. Awards will not be presented at a later time.

15.4. In the general classification, the 6 best men and 3 best women will receive a trophy and a prize item.

15.5. In the age groups classification, the winner of every age group will receive a trophy.

16. OTHER INFORMATION

16.1. The races are held in accordance with the race manual at hand and general good practices.

16.2. Filter Time Trial Runs are recreational sports events. Everyone is welcome to participate.

16.3. Everyone participates at their own risk. By starting the race the runner confirms that they have read and understood the race manual, are physically fit to participate and acknowledge the risks associated with running. In the case of an accident all costs and damages are covered by the participant without filing any damages claims against the organiser.

16.4. Even though the competitors have priority over other traffic on the race track, most of the track is also open to cars. Runners are obliged to ensure their own safety to the best of their ability and to run on the edge of the road at all times. Running in the middle of the road is strictly forbidden!

16.5. Warming up on the race track during the race is forbidden.

16.6. Littering on the track is strictly forbidden. Any runner who leaves trash on the track will be disqualified.

16.7. All participants must respect clean and honest sport. Estonian anti-doping rules apply to the races and SA Eesti Antidoping has the right to carry out tests among all participants. More information can be found at www.antidoping.ee/en/ 

16.8. Force majeure - in the case of forces of nature, viral epidemics and other circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, the event may be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled due to force majeure, no registration fees can be refunded. If all six stages are cancelled, registrations will be transferred to next season.

16.9. Upon registration, the competitor's e-mail address will be entered into the AeroBike database and to newsletter list. It is not possible to unsubscribe from the participant's reminder letter. However, if you wish, you can remove yourself from the list of future newsletter recipients.

16.10. The participant in the competition must consider that he / she participates in a public event. The participant's name will be entered in the start and finish minutes and he / she may also be included in the gallery made by the competition photographer. The competitor cannot remove himself from these public databases.

16.11. All issues not specified in the instructions will be resolved by the panel of judges, and if the head commisaire, the main organiser and the head secretary decide by consensus, the organizers have the right to supplement or amend the series guide during the season.
